She looked at my eyes, then downward-way downward! then back up at my eyes again. Later, she commented on how she liked my outfit. So, is she just trying to cover up the fact she just gave me that gaze, or is she trying to be rude about the outfit I was wearing?
Usually I can tell if people are checking me out, but she wears glasses and has small eyes. :( So, I couldn't tell.

Hmmm...difficult to say without hearing her comment. Did she sound sarcastic? Or truly complimentary? That is the clue you need as to whether it was the evil eye or a checkout!

it sounds more like she checked you out and then flirted. Did she grin when she complimented your outfit?
