Latter Days, Better Than Chocolate, Mango Kiss, Trick, and Another Gay Movie are all ones that I quite enjoy- all sweet and romantic and funny (some much funnier than others), with happy endings.

And I'm anxiously awaiting "Eating Out 2: Sloppy Seconds!" (The preview is up on youtube.com).

The best gay movie I've ever seen would be:

Saving Face

Lezzie Asians; what can be hotter? But that's not the only appeal. It's an amazing story about fighting against stereotypes. It is funny, yet tells a beautiful and complex story about communication, traditions and love. It did not look like a low budget independent film at all. The acting, cinematography and music were all beautifully done. And did I mention the main lezzie couple is played by really hot actresses?

An old movie that left an impression on me is called 'Doing Time On Maple Drive'. Seeing Jim Carey in a dramtic role (not the gay guy, the brother) was interesting. And the way the father reacts is pretty interesting too.

Brokeback Mountain. Very moving and thought-provoking...to see these 2 guys live their whole lives in this awkward lie and how diffficult it made things for them...yet, the world they lived in kind of pushed them that way. the very last scene, where the Heath Ledger character was left alone in this dreary trailer, in the middle of nowhere, just made me want to cry.
