someone told me that orange peels will help whiten teeth because of the acid.

there are whitening toothpastes available but the ancient aboriginals of australia used to use charcoal to clean their teeth. another alterntative is eating apples. the acid in their juice will help to clean ur teeth.

just go to wal mart and get their generic brand teeth strips ...they work as good as crest
