I get straight A's in school and i'm very proud of my self and all, but sometimes I get so frustrated cause the teachers give to much homework and other things to do like to study for a test. Well sometimes I feel like my head is gonna blow with all this school work and I don't want to stop doing what im doing right now cuz than i'll get bad grades. I'm getting stressed and I know that been a good student takes alot of work. what should i do when ever i feel stress, (like right now?)

Set aside a little time for yourself each day. Every day, no matter what your workload, use this time to relax and unwind. Don't think of anything related to school or work. Just relax. You can sleep if you want. Also, try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night-it helps!

these always work: regular moderate exercise, especially cardio, and meditation. fail/safe ;-) my students would say: but we can't spare the time. my answer. you'll be far more productive if you'll spend the hour or two a day doing these; and much healthier. and, they never failed. the students who did always got better grades and were happier and healthier. good luck ;-)
