does anyone know were i can find clips from the movie, i tried youtube but that came up was video other people made of them acting like the characters. i am trying out for the part of mary warren in my school play and i want to have an idea on how she acts thnkz

I am going to give you one of the best acting tips you're going to receive if you wish to continue being an actor. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER look for the answer to a character by watching another actor. It will program you to take on that persons reading of the character. No one reads a character exactly the same. You need to read the play, figure out the relationships between the characters, find out where Mary fits in the action and make good solid decisions from there. She is a creation so create her. Break a leg!

I totally agree with yoginee , which saves me a lot of typing. I'll only add one thing. Ask the director if he or she has a specific they would like you to bring forth for the reading.
