Yes,

The best set up I have seen on stock motored civics, gets 160-180 hp to the ground.

Greddy makes great, easy bolt on kits, apexi, drag, and Rev Hard too.

I was thinking about doing a crazy stock D series set upset up.

First get a small sized turbo for fast spool up (greddy is great) and then run nitrous on it with a cut off at 3psi.
This way the turbo spools crazy fast on nitrous but the nitrous stops at 3psi, and you don't use much NOS.
Plus it won't kill the engine; you can use the same fuel management to work for the nitrous before the boost, and then the turbo will kick in.
Very linear power band is achieved.

Don't think it can be done? Look for Alamo autosport in Texas for a similar setup they did years ago.

Of course the nitrous is optional. Just a little spice and different than most people!

of course you can depends on what year but if its mid 90's-00 its prime for turbo, greddy makes a bad *** turbo...check em out greddy.com if you dont want to spend that much than just buy intake headers an exhaust
