The socio-politic climate during this era plays a big part in the win...

Either that or perhaps when Jesse Owens won 4 Gold Medals in the 1936 Olympics that were held smack dab in the middle of Nazi Germany. The same Olympics that Hitler had intended to showcase "Aryan supremacy" to the world.

Power tumbling. It takes skill, power, flexibility. I am a power tumbler of course. There is trampoline and double-mini trampoline, and floor. A way cooler floor than gymnastics because we don't dance. All we do is the tumbling part hence power tumbling. Trampoline is bouncier than outoor ones, which allows you to do a whole lot more. Double-mini is like oneslanted and one straight trampoline. You do 3 or 2 skills and in my oppinion its the best part of power tumbling, then trampoline, then floor. O yeah and one more thing NEVER call a tumbler a gymnast. It gets real bad. Since everyone naturally asumes tumbling is gymnastics. And I am NOT a gymnast.

College football.

Specifically, the Cal vs. Stanford game in which the game-winning touchdown was scored while the marching band was on the field. It's too bad I was only a few months old when that game took place.

I say basketball. My daughter was on a team for many years, and I always enjoyed watching it. When Michael Jordan and Dennis Rodman were playing with the Bulls, I liked watching them too.
