Older people are discarded in this country for the most part. Ads and the media in general emphasize youth. Experience is such a valuable resource and lets face it we all get old. How do we make older people mean more in our society?

To bad older people couldn't work in day cares ,as visiting grand parents.We all need the wisdom of a few years lived,even when I have a problem in my life ,what ever it is ,someone that is much older , opinions always makes me feel much better,like they all really know that , things are going to be OK ,and they are very believable.Schools could use older people as tools to teach ,the past ,tolerant and patience.We seem to ship older people off ,were as in Europe ,they in brace ,their older people

They do, in England, Senior people, are highly sought after because of their Maturity.
