Generally with cash (with a receipt) or a credit card.

It's Cash On Delivery so that means you pay the delivery person.

That's easy. When the UPS truck or any delivery person comes to your door, you hand them the money or ?? and they hand you the goods.

its actually charge on delivery they have other forms other than cash, pay the delivery dude
