He says he pulled out way before he came and it broke, i saw it break, and the *** was still there around the condom. What are the chances I can be pregnant.

Well... the problem starts in your cycle day... if you are near your ovulation day, something like 7 days + or - , then the risk is very very high... close your period, the risk is less but its still a probability.... now... if it broke and some of the sperm got in contact with your vagina, yes, there is some risk, considering the above....
You need to lube better, do more foreplay and or use lube, this helps avoid beaking condoms.

if this happened less than 5 days ago, get the morning after pill right away. the chances are probably pretty low but there's no harm in being safe. if you're 18 or older and in the US you can go to a pharmacy (call them first to see if they have it) and if not you can go to a doctor or family planning clinic like planned parenthood. if it was two weeks ago or more, take a pregnancy test to find out.

even if he did pull out before they still release small amounts before hand. and if the condom was broken then there might be a chance for you to get pregnant.

yes you could still be pregnant he doesn't have to ejaculate to get you pregnant as a small amount of sperm is released before then good luck xxx

The sperm can be also present before ejaculation...so it could happened or it could not...hope everything turns OK...
