Because of the harsh winters they had to use all parts of their kills... this included the meat to eat and the pelts for clothing and cover.

I would go to Google and type in: "Iroquois terrain." Look for the site that best explains the land types they lived on and draw your own conclusion as to how it made life difficult or easy. Whoever you are going to give the answer to will respect your own creativity not mine.

they needed to adapt to living in tepees and stuff because they had to move around and follow there source of food. This was a problem on my little brothers homework today. Fourth grade right?
