But my receipient still sees it in coding,..
What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure that you can write HTML in Outlook. The HTML mail option lets you apply formatting in Outlook's message editor, that is then applied to your outgoing message. If you type or paste HTML tags into the message, it converts the enclosing brackets to character codes, that is ">" turns into "& gt;" (less the space).

In outlook go to "tools" "options" "send" and make sure the dot is in "HTML"

That should solve your problem.
