I am interested in learning English with correct accent .I live in Iran .How can I find them?

I don't think that you will find many "native" English speakers in Iran. But you never know. Good Luck.

Well, I also live in Iran and had learned English in here and I think my accent is ok.So I can be a good referee for you to follow up my path. what you should do is quite easy. You don't have to find native speakers( although it's not impossible to seek them in english institutes) but the easiest way is to prepare some tapes as well as having access to satellite channels which are totally common these days and more fun. Try to listen to them using headphones in oreder to listen carefully, then repeat them for several times. Be sure after some months you encounter with a great improvement in your accent. Believe me I have experienced it. :)
