I love to run and I have the endurance for it although I got Plantar Facitis last yar playing indoor soccer and it's painful to be on my feet for too long. How do i get rid of it for good and how can i get back to my 5k a day?

The advice about a podiatrist is sound. I had horrible foot pain for years while I umpired, & after the doctor fitted me for inserts it was never a problem again.

Also as you may be aware, get a good quality shoe. It doesn't need to be an expensive, specialty shoe necessarily, but good support & fit are essential.

Plan a schedule to work your way back to 5K a day w gradual increases in your training distance. That's how I prepared for my 3 marathons. Good Luck!!

You need to see a podiatrist and get fitted for inserts.
