You mean Personal Digital Organizer, or Public Display of Affection?
Personal Digital organizer- Palm Tungsten T/X- costs a lot, though. Go for a Palm OS powered device- not Symbian Os or Windows mobile.
There are other Palm tungstens though. Mine is a Tungsten E.

I think the best bang for your buck is the Palm T/X.
It has onfrared and wifi. It has a good amount of memory, is fairly fast, is expandable with an SD card.
I have been using Palms for years now and have taught classes on using the PDA, the Palm is by far the best I have seen.

why would people think public display of affection when this is on handheld electronics forum. anyway i have a ppc 6700 and i love it. my boyfriend has treo 650 and loves it too. the only thing is that my phone is touch screen and you have to make sure to turn off the screen otherwise you'll be hitting all types of buttons. It has a slideout key board. speakerphone sucks but i hear this the same on all types of pda's
