I personally don't believe in IQ tests, I mean how can intelligence be fixed? Which an IQ test implies. IQ tests were just invented to exclude people (who's face don't fit) from certain jobs and lifestyle. The development of intelligence is dependant on a number of factors such as, diet and environment.

IQ is a formula based on what age level you are capable of learning at over what your actual age is. It is done on a bell curve with 100 being mediocre. For instance 150 IQ person who is 10 years old thinks like a 15 year old person. Or a person who has the mind of a 5 year old and is 50 has a 10 IQ.

Intelligence quotient is just a measure of your general knowledge in various subjects. I think 140 and above is supposedly genius level.... The definition of wisdom however is possesing sufficent knowledge and having the awareness of when and how to apply it. So, the iq is meaningful,, but not necessarily all encompassing.

IQ tests are imprecise. Plus, like any other test, you can get better at taking it over time (to a point). They basically just measure how good your brain is at doing certain pattern-matching tasks and calculations. A better test would be something like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_intelligence_factor

Very little. I mean generally, you might be able to infer that you are reasonably bright but it is only a heuristic.
