I just bought me a suzuki motorcycle and I would like to know if there are any nice urban motorcycle clubs here in Houston Texas. If so whats the name of them.

As already stated you probably want to join up with a riding club, not a motorcycle club. (MC) Do a search on Yahoo about the differences between the two types.
There is a site (can't remember) that will describe both to you in
to understand terms. As for the answer from Bill B....disregard it entirely. He's asked some pretty lame questions in the motorcycle area and is clueless. Do not in any way shape or form contact HAMC.
Since I have posted many times here and for anyone's knowledge I am a member of an MC. Not a RUB, poser, not a wannabe, etc.

by your use of the word nice I would asume your looking for more of a riding club or ascociation than a pure club have you heard of abate Im sure they have a chapter in your area they are a rights organization and have many rides and ralleys where youll meet alot of great people a simple web search should yield all of the info youll need to make contact think about it at least check em out hey sumbody hook this fella up

Hey Ms, Welcome to the brotherhood. There is a Club that started in Memphis years ago to raise money for St Judes, called the Southern Cruisers Riding Club. Since then chapters have opened all over the United States. They are basically people that love to ride their bikes....no dues....no attitudes(all bikes and makes welcome)........riders of all races and sexs. They have Club colors that they wear when riding but you aren't required to wear them if you don't want to. My wife and I belong to the Piney Hills Chapter. We get an email a couple times a month sometimes more listing dates and times of club rides. We do as many charity runs as we can each year....sell raffle tickets ....and raise money......once a year clubs from all over the US go to Memphis for the National Rally and each group brings in checks for money raised all year.....These groups raise over a MILLION dollars every year. Actually I rode with a club when I lived in Texas,I believe it is still going strong and was told they have a website.It should be listed as Gypsy International.or Gypsy M.C.,They were about 5,000 strong when I rode with them but it has been 25 years ago.They were a family type club with alot of benefit runs and were an AMA sanctioned club.Look into them if you have time.
