We tried lubrications but it only helps for a while and its messy. i get the shot because the condoms hurt my husband and im allergic to latex. are there any vitamins that i can take or any suggestions?i am very interested in some kind of vitamin i can take to help if anyone knows of anything...?

try a better lube "ky jelly is thin and dries fast" try using WET or WET light it stays wet a lot longer is a lot more slippery. I went on depo shot gained 60 pounds in two years also had a hard time even getting sexually excited "no desire at all" the more aroused you are the better sex is. I think 4 a quick fix try a different lube in the long run you need to get another form of birth control.

Have you tried Refresh? You can get it over the counter at most pharmacy locations. It is a lubricant that last for up to three days. It is not messy at all. It works.

maybe he could get a vasectomy. they are reversible and you dont have to suffer all the ingestion of pills and shots!!!
youre also probably stressed out prior because of past incidences? try to do more foreplay or thinking about sex prior to having it. read something romantic or watch some romanctic steamy movie or other. maybe an aloe vera gel (check with your doc) or a mineral oil might help. careful about douching also ..that can cause dryness. happy loving. peace

KY has a new lube that is inserted and lasts for days. I was actually in on the trials and this stuff works much better than the topicals.

As far as it being messy, hell honey, real sex is messy...

Perhaps switching a birth control method could be an option. Pills work great.

i actually got this off a nip/tuck episode i watched, but i just looked it up. talk to your doctor about premarin. it is usually used to help with menopause, but they might be able to use it due to the fact that it is your depo shot making it happen. i don't know, not making any promises though.

I recommend WET as a lubricant.
You also need to discuss this with your doctor. There may be things that he/she can suggest.

Does he make sure you have an orgasm first before he enters you? Also talk to your doctor and see what they recommend.
