Sony vio vs Apple laptop?

which is better and what should i choose

go for the apple. it's very easy and fun to use. probably the number one reason to get an apple is - no viruses. PC's have many of them and cause many o' headaches.

i've had 2 experiences with a sony vaio and both times the right hinge would crack off. sony has also had a number of product call backs because of faulty "exploding" batteries.

it's really up to the consumer. if you're already familiar with windows based programs then go with the vaio. but if ur willing to try a new operating system in an apple then go ahead.

It really depends on your use and familiarity. Apple has her own operating system which is called Tiger and very different from the Sony Vaio OS which is usually the mainstream Microsoft Windows. For me they are both very good but I prefer the Windows on the Sony Vaio. Because this is the defacto standard which almost everyone is using. But Apple can be loaded with Windows too. One thing which really bothers me with Apple is that their mouse pad or touch pad does not have a right click button which most of what I do are right click dependent. I don't really like either one of them..I never buy Apple because their software is sometimes not compatible with a lot of programs..And Sony is okay, but the first time i bought one it crashed in like a week...So I bought a Dell instead. Dell works pretty cool though..Or you can just go buy a toshiba or something cause tablets are cool. but, if i had to choose i would pick a sony.

Choose Apple if you're into business and education and Vaio if you're into entertainment.

i love my sony but if you were looking for a comp for entertainment purposes and multimedia.. i would go apple.. but for work.. education.. and other stuff.. ad a comp that lasts i would go sony vaio
