No conviction should keep you OK they usually just check the convictions and those will prevernt employment at many companies

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNDx5

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

depends on the service being consulted for the background check. If you did not have a conviction, then you may want to look into having your records sealed. The process and fees for this vary from state to state and county to county. Until you are SURE your records are sealed in accordance with law.. your arrest record is a matter of public records and I can assure you that it may present a 'barrier to employment', especially with many larger corporate employers. Good luck.

Depending on the job. If its a security type job and the employer does a thorough check, yes it will show up. You might not get the job. But if its a non-security type positon, the employer probably wont even do a back ground check at all. Arrests will not show up. Only convictions.

I was also of the impression that convictions are what matter. Most applications, job profile items I've seen ask for prior convictions.

You can be arrested for the wrong reasons or wrong identity. That doesn't mean you did anything wrong.

It depends on the nature of the work for which you're applying. If the position is, say, bankrobbery then you shouldn't have any problem. Good luck!
