I'm having a conflict with my coworkers and this is going on for a month. They talk very quiet behind my back and now it is getting too uncomfortable to work all the time. This situation didn’t stop even I had meeting with them and discussed.
Is there anything I can do if I will have to leave this company since I’m not the one created this situation and put me in this situation.
Any action to company? Or any action personally?

If I were you I would notify management and or your H.R. department of the situation and what you have done to try and fix it. Give them a chance before you quit and walk out.

Unfortunately, leaving a job because of that reason is not legal grounds to sue the company. It only comes in to play if they are your boss and more than talking is going on.

1. start whispering to one of your buddies as though you are talking about THEM.

2. think about the variety of tasks in your job. think about what tasks you most enjoy. that is so that if you must leave, you will know what to tell the people that interview you for your next job.

3. yes, go to the staffing manager and complain. maybe they will call each one of the gossips into the office for a little "talk."

4. or maybe they can transfer you to a different department. that's another good reason to thoroughly understand your skills: perhaps you will be promoted to a higher position, either in your department or in another.

5. be only businesslike to these gossips, but do not be friendly. do not talk about your personal business, ever, at your job: they take it and twist it around to make you look bad. they are shallow minded people that never look at their own strengths and weaknesses but prefer to point fingers at others. snub them. let them know their talk means nothing to you.

6. if you get fired as a result of these rumor mongers and gossipers, be sure you know a good labor law attorney and DO go to the unemployment office on the first tuesday, wednesday, or thursday following the firing. (everyone goes on mondays, why get stress out like they are)?

gee, can't people just leave others alone and do their jobs?

If you are force to leave on your own because you cannot attolerate what is going on then there is not an action that i can think of that you could take, but if you were push out by authorities then you could see a lawyer and explain what took place.

you can do something to both the company for not doing anything and them for not respecting your wishes. the same thing happened to my dad and he was able to sue both the company and every individual involved. he was seeing a therapist for being overly stressed and they started saying really cruel things behind his back and was just so uncomftorable he just left. but you can go after then for emotional distress and harrassment
