No, the Court system is not sexist, but the standard of review in child custody cases often favor the mother. The questions considered by the Court include: who was the primary caregiver; who stayed home from work when the child was ill; who went to the parent-teacher conferences? This is not all inclusive, but illustrate what the Court looks to in determining primary physical custody. Those type of questions will generally favor the mother, particularly if the father worked and the mother was a full time homemaker. The results seem sexist, but they are based upon real facts of the marriage.

You mean sexist. Well it basically boils down to the fact that society is sexist to men as well. Although most feminist might deny it its fact. Thankfully society has come to accept women as good workers and equal members of society and for equal rights. Yet society cant come to grips that men actually care for their kids and in a lot of cases might be the better parent to look after the child(s). Another reason is that apparently a child is the mothers property. Apparently she was able to make a baby without the help of a man.

Actually the court system is both sexist and racist however not in the way you would think. White women have the greatest advantage.

Fact of life, the courtts will almot always go with the mom. Somewhere down the line some moron phycologist told them that hte kid would be better off with mommy! No different that divorce laws, no matter how bad the offense of the (wife) when it comes down to it, the man gets everything that falls out of the moving van as she drives off!

No, as a matter of fact, they embrace fathers that step up and request visitation rights. They are rarely denied that right, even if they have not paid child support, fathers should spend time with their children whether they have money or not, the child does not care, they just want to be a part of their father's life.

That's not true in Oklahoma and Nebraska. They favor men in these states...they HATE women.
