tribunal take decision with wrong records

resolution was not happening at a regional level that's the reason it went national. whenever there is any settlement one of the conflicting sides will be unhappy with the decision. sometimes, its just a matter of time, after which everything & everyone settles down to acceptance. lets see what happens here.

First any order from court or tribunal should be accepted then appeal for amendment if there is wrong based on wrong records or right records.Court does not ask you to produce wrong records it is your lookout
