128/250 = x (to do this in your head, multiply by 4 or convert to a fraction with the denominator i = 1000)
512/1000 (then divide by 10 to convert to a %age) a percentage just means out of 100 anyway.
51.2 /100 or 51.2%

Meth problem? I never had a problem with it. Anyway, to get the answer you divide 250 by 128. There should be a calculator right there on your computer.

If It's an easy math problem them you should be able to solve it yourself 128/250 or 250/128 - I don't remember how it goes. Just figger it out.
