As long as you are ovulating, have adequate cervical fluid around ovulation, and have a long enough luteal phase, you should be able to get pregnant.
The best way, in my opinion, to either try to conceive or avoid is to chart your fertility signs.
I highly recommend the following resources: Fertilityfriend.com (software for free and for purchase, online charting tutorial). Ovusoft.com (charting software for purchase and discussion groups), Couple-to-Couple League (not sure of the website). The books: Taking Charge of Your Fertility (assoc w/ ovusoft) and Garden of Fertility. TCOYF at least should be available at the library.

Yes, U can get pregnant for sure. As one of my friends also have the same problem as she have some cysts which caused her irregular periods. She got them treated now and she is pregnant already 4months. But it always differs from person to person. It depends on individuals biology. Better check with your GP about your irregular periods. But, If u already checked and there is no problem. For 100% sure you can get pregnant. Good Luck.

Yes, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. You just won't be able to know your more fertile times with the irregularity of your periods.

yeah just because you dont have regular periods doesn't mean you dont ovulate so you're fine...do some research online on how to know when you're ovulating so you have a better chance of getting pregnant..Good luck to you!!
