how can i stop anyone accesing any type of porn on my pc

I use Netnanny, it comes up with a list of already banned sites, you can also add/delete sites that can be viewed on your computer.
You can also view which sites haven tried to be accessed.The time and date of when a restricted site was attempted to be accessed.

Most porn filters are easily defeated. For most it is as easy as just terminating the blocker program (control alt delete or using task manager)
A teenager will have no problem defeating this. For the more secure systems, friends will be happy to explain how defeat or get around the blocker.

Use the parental controls on your PC's firewall. However, education is the best method.
