Hi, I bought and installed a new product, KWorld TV Tuner expert - pvr tv. It will only find 4 channels and there is no sound! Ive tried a tv from the same cable socket and it works fine. The cable I'm using is about 7 meters long as the pc is in a different corner from the socket. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

You can try updating the drivers, but I had the same card and the reception never improved no matter what I tried... You could also try using a shorter cable or an aerial signal booster.

Couple things comes to mind other than what AMANDA H suggested.
1:Your cable to the tuner card could be bad
2: If you also have a TV connected, you must have a Splitter Box as well. It COULD be that the Tap from the Splitter is bad. Try connecting your TV Tuner card to the Tap your TV is connected to.
3: Also, when you use a Splitter you decrease the signal strength, so your TV Tuner Card may not be as sensative as your TV, thus the poor reception.
4: Might try REinserting your TV Tuner Card, may be a bad connection in the slot...
