I'm making a quilt for my sister, not a full size but a personal size and she's really into bunco.

Your best bet is to find some fabric with dice on it. Then use it in any quilt block you choose, although you'd probably want something with larger pieces so the dice fabric is more visible. Check eBay or just google "dice fabric." Also check Hancock Fabrics, if you have one near you. They have a good selection of novelty cotton prints.

Try Quilter's Cache for ideas for blocks. She has over 1300 free block patterns with very clear, illustrated instructions.

No, but you could use the tumbling blocks or attic windows block to make dice of white fabric and applique black dots on them.
