Depends on wether it was the low fat sub. If it was then I would say it sounds pretty normal for a guy to eat a foot long sub. Good luck with the diet.

In regard of the cereals it's a good choice for breakfast and you could even have a fruit with them ,when it comes to lunch If you are on the diet, the next time why don't you have whatever you get from Subway cut in half and make two meal with it !

Dude subway is healthy, 6 grams or less of fat is great and a bowl of cereal is ok, depends on the serving and what kind but anyways it is ok, anyways your height 5'11 and weighing 220 isnt that heavy maybe alittle but dont worry, you height is big so you might weigh more then average. I am not saying you need to loose weight but maybe alittle. ANd how your eating is great, not alot. You have a good controll on what you eat. i wish i had good control. i am proud of you.

So, what are you having for lunch?
Cereal for breakfast and a SIX INCH Italian sub for lunch is fine, but the two for breakfast (and a 12" one at that) is bad for the diet.

Yeah. Next time, skip the cereal & have a glass of milk with a 6 inch sandwich.

i dont think it is, cereal is healthy depending on what kind you had, and so is subway, even if you think it was too much, every day is a new day. but dont take it so hard on yourself, its not like you were eating junk food. your body separates the nutrients in foods and if you ate something healthy then your body uses those calories. but when you eat junk food the calories arent the type that your body is looking to use so it turns to fat in the body.

eat a 6 inch sub next time, no condiments! and cereal in general is horrible for you, at the very least do plain corn flakes no sugar with skim milk.

Sounds pretty good, but eating several small meals throughout the day is good. It stablizes your blood sugar so your glucose doesn't suffer highs and low's, which may trigger diabetes.

For a guy of your height and weight, that's not bad.
For me, female and diabetic, that's way too much carbohydrate.
