Honestly, I didn't know I was pregnant until I was 2 months. But before I knew I was always very achey and crampy. It felt as if I was going to get my period any second. That's how it felt for a while. When I was about a month, that's when I started getting very sick.

Usually you don't feel all that much, When you miss your period you are usually already farther than two weeks! Give it a couple more weeks. If you get nausea, you'll know why.
