When I was younger I would stick to the basics, Pizza and Cold Cut Trio because I thought they were the only good ones... but I have discovered sooo many that taste sooo good.. Its fun to go to Subway with another person, and both order footlongs, and trade half, then you get a little more variety..
If you still don't want to decide on your own here are some of my favorites:
BBQ Rib, Chicken Pizziola (this is like oven roasted chicken breast and pizza sub mixed together.. VERY good), Pizza, Cold Cut (this is very good with LOTS of sauces on it - honey mustard, southwest, mayo, mustard, bbq, hot, sub sauce, etc), Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Subway Club
I like to put a fair amount of toppings on any sub including tomatos, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, pineapple... depending on the flavor of the sub!!!

Anyone who chooses to buy a sub at subway rather than getting one from an Italian deli needs their head examined

i used to work there, alot of people got the chicken bacon ranch, i preferred the pizza sub (not sure if thats still a menu item, but i always ate it) , by the way, dont eat the tomatoes....they were never good.

Meatball toasted on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil and Vin, salt and pep, MST and mayo. Before putting the meatballs on tell them lite sauce to your bread want get soogggeee.

I used to love the Roasted Chicken breast then they changed the chicken and now it sucks. My new favorite is most likely the sweet onion Chicken teraki.

My favorite is the Steak and cheese with all the vegetables on wheat or the Roast Beef with cheddar cheese.
