You should tell him be true and honest to him that is the most important thing in a relationship. I am sure by the way you are describing him and saying how he plans your future together he is a great guy and won't over react from your news. He might even be excited. You never know give it a try. Good lucks..hoping for the best.

Well, it takes two to make a pregnancy happen, so it's not like this is something you purposely did to ruin his plans. This is just something that happened, and you two will have to change your plans a little. No one can plan exactly when certain things are going to happen.

Wait until you and your boyfriend are together (hopefully in the next few days), then tell him. He's going to find out sooner or later, so you should let him know as soon as possible. This way you'll both be ready for a baby by the time it arrives. I'm sure he'll be very happy about the news, and will want to know as soon as possible.

You should definitely go to a doctor to get prenatal care. Hopefully your boyfriend will come with you to your appointments. He'll be able to ask questions and learn stuff, too. Make sure to stay healthy during your pregnancy (eat well, get some low-impact exercise, get enough sleep, don't drink alcohol or smoke, etc.). Have a positive attitude and don't worry if your boyfriend's financial plans change. No one can plan their finances exactly because things always happen (babies, promotions/demotions, moving, broken bones, broken car transmission, etc.). You have to take life as it comes, and a baby is a very important part of your life. Be happy!

Well, if he loves you then telling him straight out he should still love you. A baby is to be a thing of happiness. Who wouldn't want a boy to play catch with or a girl to .....um I don't know I didn't have any sisters. But my point is he should be happy. It will be a shock at first, but if he got a promotion then you should be good to go.
If people could plan their lives out from start to finish where would the fun in that be. There will always be surprises down the road. Both of you will have to figure out how to deal with these surprises, but the best thing is communication in a relationship. If you don't have that then the relationship won't last. I just say talk to him.

i know it's hard- i've been through telling 2 men that we were going to be having a baby (obviously it wasn't planned either time)- the best thing to do- is find a time to sit and talk at home with him- don't do it when he's tired from work or had a bad day or grumpy- just sit down and let him know you need to talk about something- and just say it. You will stress yourself out for days and weeks preparing the perfect thing to say- but there isn't a perfect way. best to just sit down and let your feelings come out and see his reaction and talk things through. You'll probably be surprised by his reaction and you'll feel a ton of relief that he knows. Good luck- i know it's not easy- but it's not as hard as it seems either! It will all work out for the best!

" Honey, you remember that special night we..... well guess what
we created? I am pregnant and you are the father. We need to talk." Can't get any easier than that. Then tell him he needs to do
some new financing.
