Any cymbal can break if hit hard enough and often enough.

If you are really slamming your cymbals you should consider buying the cymbals made of a really good bronze alloy.

Zildjian and Sabian use the same alloy in their top cymbal lines. It's called B20 bronze. You should make sure to buy cymbals from one of these lines.

Also, you should consider using heavier weighted cymbals as these will stand up to your pounding much better. These cymbals will also be higher pitched and cut through the music better (I assume you are playing a louder style of music, such as metal, if you are hitting these cymbals hard enough to break them).

Zildjian has a line for heavy hitters called the Z Custom series.

Sabian's hard hitters line is the AA Metal-X series (within the traditional AA line).

Heavy cymbals from any of Zildjian's or Sabian's top lines will do the job as well.

Switch to thinner sticks and angle the cymbal so you're not smashing the edge, i play hard but ive yet to break my zildjian sweet ride.

There isn't a cymbal that doesn't break.
