I'm not a heating engineer,
bar pressure loss means you have a problem with your water supply pressure, check that your main incoming stop tap and any and all stop taps are not turned off or partially off.
take a look at your boiler, if it is like mine then you will have a series of pipes on it each with it's own valve/tap. make sure the water is turned to on
also your boiler may have two separate heating controls one for water the other for your radiators. make sure that both are correctly set if not readjust and then press the reset button if one exists.
just a couple of suggestions to try before calling out a heating engineer, or your landlord if you are in rented accommodation (your landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the heating system, you only need to pay for the fuel and water etc, not repairs or servicing

You didn't give the specific model/ type of heater, so this is an educated guess. I am a heating and air conditioning mechanic in the states. We have a similar heater here in the states, and it sounds like you have a bad pressure switch. the pressure switch regulates the pressure of the water going through the boiler. this would account for the fact that you still have heat, but no hot water.
You can download the Biasi technical manuals at the web site below

Sounds like your change over valve may have gone and needs replacing.
The pressure loss thing could be a leak in your heating system, the pressure relief valve letting by or the pressure vessel needs replacing. All this is an educated guess, you need a Corgi engineer to check it out

if its as bad a boiler as you say i would join british gas home care.its a bout £12-£14/month and they will fix whatever problem occurs.its better than paying a small fortune for someone to come out to it all the time
