Everywhere I turn nowadays, one of the righty talking heads is using Jack Bauer as the excuse for "any means necessary." You guys know that that stuff didn't really happen, right? Remember The Lost Boys? Same guy!! He just is a little older now. I don't go around talking about how our defense budget should take into account the aliens from Independence Day. Can we let go of the "we need to torture people so that a TV show doesn't come true" argument?

Gipper: you realize that chastising the imaginary "Martin Sheen for president" movement is pretty funny when your avatar is the guy from "Bedtime for Bonzo," right?

there is no way 24 is real; on 24 the corrupt are removed from power (in one day, no less)

That's a lie. This guy named Sutherland something is going around saying he actually plays the great Heroic American Jack Bauer on TV. He is impersonating a great soldier of our country and needs to be stopped. Jack Bauer, sir, has saved this country many times, 6 that I have actually been witness too and you disparage his great name by comparing him to some actor named Keifer.

You, mediamatters and Cal Thomas all need to get a life.

However, your insipid comparison with aliens is just that. Radical muslims do indeed have weapons and want to kill Americans, it is true. Not all muslims but some and there are people in this world who will sell them all sorts of nasty killing devices to use on our kids. Tool.

Yeah, but if we had Jack Bauer, Bush wouldn't need to spend more than just $40 (for a tank of gas) for Defense spending.

And if I were ever in trouble, Jack Bauer is the person I would want backing me up.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
I thought it was real. I am so confused. I thought the "Islamofasicts" want to kill us just like they do on tv.

Oh and our defense budget should take into account the aliens from Independence Day. You will regret that the day the alienfascists take over.

LMAO! Isn't the LEFTIES who were insisting that 24 was some right-wing conspiracy?? You guys can't even keep your own talking points straight.

Right. But, Cal Thomas is correct that Islamofacists are quite bent on our total destruction. They don't just want us out of Iraq. They don't just want us to stop helping Israel.

Liberals are the ones who need to let go of the television. The think Martin Sheen would make a good president just because he played one on t.v. or Michael Douglas because he portrayed one on the big screen.

Are you mad ? 24 is the best thing that has ever been shown on telly. Jack Bauer is my hero... sigh.
