Can someone provide me with a satisfactory definition of a "gym rat"?

As a youngster, a gym rat is a kid who grew up spending much of his/her free time (hours and hours) in a gym, usually playing basketball. This is often the kid of a coach. As a player, it would be one who spends a lot of extra time (outside of practice) in the gym working on skills.

i be attentive to somebody who could like that image... A passable answer for me does not inevitably require mass quantities of attempt, in basic terms some speedy wit, or if it suits planned theory. I only choose human beings to be unique, which if there somewhat is just one marvelous answer, they are able to make theirs stand out by including a private remark or mirrored image. My concern is the two not getting adequate responses or getting too many solid ones, a thank you again to a determination?
