No, but I think it should be government regulated and run like a regular business with health checks, minimum ages, benefits and protection for the girls.

No, but I think driving it underground is. People need to remember that in one form or another prostitution, always has and always will exist in society. So the sooner prostitues are afforded some legal protection and recognition as the hard working service industry it is - the better and safer a place the world will be.

Well technically, it is a crime anywhere it is illegal.

If you're asking whether or not I condemn it than my asnwer is in some cases yes, in some cases no. Everyone has a story: a reason why they are what they are today...I can't judge someone unless I know the facts. It is a personal choice...your body, you choose what you want to do with it. I think that prostiutes aren't the only ones that should be condemned..what about the people who use their services? Are they not just as low?

It is illegal in MOST USA states making it a crime.

I didn't realize how f'd up it really was till I saw a show on prostitutes/ strippers on the Dr. Keith show. I can't imagine thinking of view all men (social and business) as $$$ ... and the men who go there only think their value is $$$. OMG, the men who pay $4-10 K and they really believe the strippers love 'em. WTF ... I guess it breaks my heart since on both sides the self worth is so pathetically low.

It's not a matter of opinion. If prostitution is illegal, then yes, it is a crime.

Yes, I think prostitution is a crime and I am glad that it is also illegal. Most prostitutes have a drug habit that they support by having sex with men. They don't have a choice of who they have sex with and also most of the men they have sex with abuse them.

Prostitutes usually have a pimp who also abuses them and makes them have sex with perverted men so that the pimp can have fancy clothes and food and cars and also big, shiny rims for their cars.

Prostitution degrades women, which means that they make women seem of less then they are or can be.

Women have just as much potential to be intelligent, creative, successful like men or even better.

Instead of becoming a prostitue, women should become models like Tyra Banks if they want to sell their beauty and sexual appeal.

Women should write books and become authors, or movie actresses like Angelina Jolie, artists, entreprenuers like my mother, chefs like Racheal Ray, Judges- Judge Judy, social workers like my sociology teacher, educators, and mothers who take care of their children and family.

Women should be in sports like the WNBA and become like Sheryl Swoops, or tennis like Williams sisters, Golf like that asian golfer (forgot her name), fight for justice like Rosa Parks, Ice skating champions like Michelle Kwan, etc., etc.

Run for Presidency candidate like Hillary Clinton.
