I just got my learner's permit today. I was wondering if i can drive only with a real driver's license holder or can i drive with a Provisional driver's license holder

only a real driver's license holder. over 21, had their license for at least 3 years. they just changed this law in october of 2005.

Legality aside, you really should be driving with an experienced driver. Someone with a provisional license is going to be only marginally better than you are.

Drive with someone who has years of experience on the road and a good driving record. Learning to be a good driver will pay off for the rest of your life.
