Here's a fun fact: Nothing you do in regards to sexual behavior can change your sexual orientation.
If a gay man has sex with a straight woman (let's say, hypothetically), he is still gay. Being straight, gay, lesbian or bisexual has to do with more than just sex. It's our emotional attractions as well as physical. Even if someone never has sex for their entire lives, they can still be straight or gay. It's not determined by what you do in bed, just who you love.
So...if a guy or girl recieves oral sex from someone of the same sex, or different sex, it doesn't make them any different than before the oral sex. If they were gay, they'll still be gay. Straight, still straight, and so on. Even if they liked it. Again, it's not all about sexual behavior - it's our thoughts, feelings, emotions and attractions that also have to do with our sexual orientation.

A single event does not dictate your sexual orientation.
Besides, the notion that you have to be EITHER gay or straight is a misnomer that's not supported by any credible research.
Look up the Kinsey Scale. It's used to rate people on a continuum between 100% heterosexual and 100% homosexual. Very few people are a 1 to 6 on the scale (The two extremes) but in fact fall somewhere in between.
For example, a lot of people have sexual fantasies about the same gender, perhaps even one or two experiences with someone of the same gender, but are otherwise Heterosexual in their behavior.
As Kinsey Wrote:
Males do not represent two discrete populations, heterosexual and homosexual. The world is not to be divided into sheep and goats. It is a fundamental of taxonomy that nature rarely deals with discrete categories... The living world is a continuum in each and every one of its aspects.
While emphasizing the continuity of the gradations between exclusively heterosexual and exclusively homosexual histories, it has seemed desirable to develop some sort of classification which could be based on the relative amounts of heterosexual and homosexual experience or response in each history... An individual may be assigned a position on this scale, for each period in his life.... A seven-point scale comes nearer to showing the many gradations that actually exist." (Kinsey, et al. (1948). pp. 639, 656)
The scale is as follows:
Rating Description
0 Exclusively heterosexual
1 Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual
2 Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3 Equally heterosexual and homosexual
4 Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5 Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual
6 Exclusively homosexual

Having sex doesn't make you anything. It's what you enjoy having sex with that's the deciding factor. Many gay men in the closet will have sex with women but they are still gay.

no, first of all, if you close your eyes, then you can't tell the difference between a man and a woman. Secondly, he/she could be experiementing, to see if they like it. Third, there is bisexuality. Finally, there is no such thing as 100% gay or straight, its flows back and forth.

If it is 2 guys then for some strange reason (brought up by men for sure) yup gay. Now if it is 2 women nope according to the guys. (I am female). Men like to see 2 females together and women do it to turn their men on. Though there are completely different situations for all.

No, it depends on their emotional preferences (i.e. do they feel more in love with the same sex or the opposite sex?)
