What would you do?

I dont know what to think?
My boyfriend is 26 hes a 1st LT we have been talking about getting married because he might be getting stationed in Germany! So when we were in the midwest at Christmas with his family he said we will go to the court house if I get the job because I wont go without you. But now it looks like he is going to be getting the job and it stresses me out and scares me cause he will be gone for 2 years. When he told me I stayed strong and I was kidding and I said you cant go without me and he said well you cant go. So I dont know if he is just saying that or if he is going to propose and hes just trying to throw me off. Please help. Let me know what you guys think! Thank you

Listen, you shouldn be so stressed out in the first place, if youre thinking of tying the knot with this guy is because you know and trust him, so what if he goes away for a couple of years? Two things can happen: either you both miss eacho other terribly and strengthen your relationship or you both realize you can actually live without each other and you werent meant to be together at all...its a risk but everything that´s worth in life is...don´t you think?

This is totally up to you.... Follow your heart on this one. I dont know what to tell you. I hope you do what you feel is right to do. I wish you the best and God Speed to your boyfriend. I hope he comes back safe. You may want to wait until he gets back to marry him but like I said this is your choice and let no one make it for you! When is he going over seas? Could you go with him if you are married or not? Talk to his superiors and find this out if you can.

Wait until he gets back to get married. Get engaged now, before he goes, if you want to, but wait until he gets back from Germany yo actually get married. A LOT can happen in two years, married, but not together.
