Haha I'm in the same boat. I think that she should, even if it's something small, just to show that she cares. I don't suggest getting something expensive, like all the TV ads expect you to do, but rather, something that shows that you're really thinking about them. Like, if they have a favorite band, make them a mix CD, or if they love video games, sit and play a game with him. Little things like that can mean a lot.

They should buy each other something. It doesn't have to be MAJOR, it's only been 6 months. They should find something meaningful for each other, maybe a CD she's had her eye on, or a movie you can both watch together.

No, the guy suppose to buy things to impress the woman(girl)Once they are married, then exchange things---mate stuff.The age has a lot to do with what he gets.
