I had never heard of this loser until I saw this question so I did a quick search on him. Gosh, just when I thought the wonderful (tongue in cheek) Ms. Moss was fixing herself up. She needs something dirty in her life obviously.

He sounds like another lost soul. Anyone dedicated to imitating and being like Sid Vicious must have a few screws loose. Anyone who can skip out on a scholarship to Oxford has tossed away a great gift. His values were skewed even then!

He will keep going downhill until he does something too serious to be ignored. Or he reaches his ultimate goal, death. The courts let him go on because of his money, his connections and the fact that his very way of life contributes to the downward spiral thinking of our general media driven society. There is a reason he is getting away with it all. He sells papers.

Eventually, like Morrison or Vicious or Hendrix he will kill himself with drugs, or be killed. Meanwhile he generates attention, sells papers, and promotes the "lost generation" persona that so many generations need. Remember James Dean? Only fortunately few people need him, just deluded Katie.

Funny how Keith Richards and John Lennon, certainly more influential people in the world, had to do service for possession of minuscule amounts of cannabis in Canada.

This chap will either burn out or be burned out. It is inevitable. It is just a matter of time. Maybe if he is lucky, he will finally do some unforgivable deed and end up in jail and dry out. But this seems highly unlikely.

By the way, I say this and I am Irish. No one does degeneracy with alcohol as well as the wearers of the green. No one!

I wish i could be the judge on one of his court cases.
I would make an example out of him and send him down for the longest time possible.
The mesage that is being sent out, is that it is ok to do drugs, if you have a good lawyer you get off.
I understand that he has an addiction that is now beyond his controll, but we have laws in this country that say it is wrong to carry, use or supply certain drugs. He has done all of these and been let off.
What a mockery.
He has been let off too many times now.

He's rich so he can give back handers to keep himself out. If every one kicked up a fuss like they did for the race row in cbb then he would go to jail. But no one gives him the time of day so it is just sweept under the carpet.

Remember he is a VERY important celebrity. Far more important then you or me. So the answer is he will never be sentenced to jail only rehab. Eventually he will overdose hopefully only once.

C'mon, they're trying to keep drugs out of prisons....
he is obviously above the law, so what hope we got? Maybe when Kate stops bailing him out like a naughty little boy....

It's bad... the boy is a waste of space, worse than Kurt Cobain - he needs to obtain his death wish - but will Kate do a Paula Yates? I feel for her daughter...

I wish they would lock him up and throw away the key before he hurts someone else while he is out of his head. He's a waste of space.
