odds are good...but it will be many many many years before this happens. One, they will have to get good enough and that will take at least 35-50 years. Two they will have to make travel cheap enough to justify...who knows how long that will take.
But, 100% that it will happen. not just in china but you'll have divisions everywhere Africa, Europe, South America....all coming together for the playoffs.
same will ultimately happen in baseball and football. Soccer is moving that direction as well with it's champions leagues and Eufa Cups.

Hopefully, not a division that be a lot of travel & security expenses that they'll have to worry about. Maybe the can just create a more established bball league in China.
