Should the Superbowl change to Saturdays or should they make an official Superbowl Recovery Day after Superbowl Sunday?

ive always wished for the day after superbowl sunday to be a holliday. someone reading this should take it upon themselves to do something great the day after the superbowl so that we can get that day off!!

I think neither of those will ever happen but the best bet on would be A SuperBowl Recovery day...but when you think about if it is played in Eastern Time Zone its really not that late..It would never be on Saturday though because it has always been dubbed "SuperBowl Sunday"

Supermarkets, and big retail stores would never let NFL move Super Bowl to Saturday.
They make a lot of money by generating as much sales leading up to Sunday night.
They pay a lot of money to sponsor NFL and the league listens to them.

superbowl sunday should always be followed by vacation day monday of course since i quit drinking in 2000 its not a nessessity now

They should keep it like it is, its tradition. Did you know that the day after the Superbowl is the biggest day to call-in sick.

I like it the way it is, sunday tradition and all, but a following Monday off work would be great.
I guess that's why they invented sick calls though. If you want that Monday off, you better earn it. Or at least fake it.

they should make the recovery day thing it will be good because all the people are wasted or have a hang over lol its funny but they should keep it on sunday cause its classic but they shouldn't cause its the Lord's holy day

no, people should just limit how much booze they drink that sunday. I do think pro-football should be on SAT, mainly because I look forward to it all week, often making SAT seem like it never happened, then BAM!, sunday's over and it's back to waiting for football
