they have 2 Challenges PER GAME. 3 Timeouts each half. (obviously you need at least 1 Timeout to challenge)

You get 1 more if you use up your 2 and get both of them correct.

and during the last 2 minutes in each half only the booth can challenge

The number of challenges is based on the whole game, not just the half. A coach gets two challenges per game. However, if both challenges are successful, a third challenge is awarded.

During the two minute warnings of both halves and in overtime coach cannot ask for a challenge, that must be called by the "replay official".

It is PER GAME, not half. You get 2 challenges, but have to have a timeout to challenge. If you lose a challenge you lose a timeout. If you win BOTH challenges you get a third. Still need that timeout to use it though. If it is in the final 2 minutes of the half then all challenges are from upstairs.

two per game, unless both used challenges went for the Coach that threw the flag, then an additional challenge is given

You would get however many you have per half. The answer would be three. But if you use them all up in the first half you don't have any for the second half so you must use the challenge wisely.

2 per game. New rule this year or last year: If a team wins both challenges, they will be awarded a 3rd and final challenge..

Thanks, guys. I'm glad to know this also. I've been watching my husband watch football for the past twenty years. I went to a small high school, and they didn't have a football team, so I never learned much about the game or really got into it. It's only been in the past couple of years that I'm starting to like the game and can figure out what's going on. (But don't tell my husband!!) :)
