Background and interests in Human Resources, but can't decide if Masters degree is too limiting. Should I go for MBA, or a specialty degree Masters degree in H.R.?

I think you would be eligible for a large percentage of jobs that want an MBA if you have a different Masters (especially in human resources) while just having an MBA would limit you in the human resources field.

Im going for a Batchlors in H.R. but I know a Masters will limit me to just H.R...Personally I would go for an MBA because that covers many aspects.

MBA is more valuable. If I'm not exactly sure what I am going to be doing, I'd go with the choice that gives me more options down the road.

Well instead of asking us...maybe you ask yourself what do you want to have a career in. Then go into that direction.
