It's a generic for Ortho-Tri-Cyclen. I was on both for 5 years, switching back and forth between the two, when my insurance company was being cheap. I never had a problem with either. As long as you take them properly, you shouldn't have a problem either.

No, it works perfictly fine. I have taken it, and took it for two years. As for any birth control, it does not work 100%. Some medications can reduce the effect of birth control medications, some are known, and their drug information sheet will tell you if it will reduce the effect of birth control medications and advises for alternative methods. Also hormonal changes in your body may also reduce there effectiveness.

I was happy with Tri-Nessa, it didn't work for me in the end because of some other medication I had to take, but I am over the moon about my son who I had.

If you don't wish to get pregnant, you may wish to use several forms of birth control to make certian, but most of all, READ the drug information sheets!!! Many antibiotics will reduce the effects of "the pill". Basicly one form of birth control pill is just as effective as another, if used as directed!

I took it for years and I'm still not a mother but everything is faulty except abstinence.
