I just got a Zen Vision M 60gb today. I experienced quite some difficulty in the beginning, with the computer recognizing the player. Eventually, however, it was recognized. However, now i plugged my zen in again, and it is not being recognized. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks!

I did some research, and there doesnt seem to be any solutions to your problem on the internet. In simple terms, you are screwed.
There are various advices to reinstall your chipset drivers, update your mobo BIOS, update your USB driver, etc. None of this seems to help people judging from the forums.

If you want my opinion, I'd suggest you to update your USB drivers. If you dont know how to do that, google it.

Other than that my advice is if you still have the reciept, get rid of this thing immediately. Get yor money back, and get an ipod.
I know you wanted to be original and wanted to stand out from the masses of "ipod users" but there's a reason why people get ipods. They are good! I hate apple and I didnt want to get an ipod, but ended up getting it anyway. It is a great device and I have no complaints. The only problem is I really regret getting the 60gig verson.

No matter how big your bootleg music collection is, odds are it's no bigger than 10gig or so. If your collection is legit, it's probably even smaller. ;)

If you want more space to watch movies - forget it. The batteries on ipods and zens just dont last long enough for you to enjoy movies. This feature is more like a gimmick rather than some useful and enjoyable thing. It's great for when you wantto show off, or you want to show friends in school a couple of music clips. If you were thinking about watcing movies on the road or on a plane, forget it. 2 hours or less of run time just isnt enough.

This has occurred with my Creative Zen. What I did used to be discover the reset button and used whatever skinny to to press it. I did this two times simply to be certain it used to be real relaxation. You wont lose any documents, its simply that the participant mostly had a glitch and iced over
