Ice it and elevate it if it is a new injury Heat if it is chronic. If you did nothing then go to the doctor for further examination. Good luck

Arnica cream, Whole Foods and other health food places sell it in tubes. I LOVE Nelson brand Arnica. Or take Arnica Montana pellets, those help your muscles from the inside out.

Work it out with exercise. That is if you worked out and now your arms hurt. You have to take a day off and then work out again.

If it is an injury go to the doctor.

heatpad and rest, also you could eat some bananas for the potassium and a motrin for the pain. Take it easy and you'll heal.

When mine hurt I go get in the hot bath tub. Cold only makes mine hurt more.
