We filed at the last minute last year & did an injured spouse - it took almost 3 months I believe.

I have had to file like that in the past. The refund generally came during the month of May, but it all depends on how quickly they get to your return and how fast they work it up and decide what amount of the refund, if any, belongs to you. I wouldn't hold my breath on it happening any time soon. Sorry.

You should post this in the Business and Finance category (if you didn't already). I noticed earlier that some tax questions there got answered by IRS employees.
